This advantage applies to all bookings through our website or direct bookings with the hotel (by telephone).
 

Please be aware of following:

• for additional booked services that we had to pay in advance ourselves (tickets, flowers, etc.), we will calculated the already incurred costs at the time of cancellation and you will be invoiced for that only
• for meetings and groups conditions are subject according to the contract
• likewise, all special agreements are subject to the conditions agreed
